little bit early

YAY ! Another Christmas present !! Ok, actually I recycled, it's like 5 years old, but i wanted to share it for soooo long.... Merry Christmas (again) !

Christmas issue

I guess my obsession for long women's hair won't ever let me go....
Anyway, I have some presents for you today !
First of all, here are two modified photos. As I'm not what we can call a "good photographer", plus I don't have much time these days, I had to borrow some pictures... And finding the right photos is not as easy at it seems, trust me...
The second present is that. This is a (more than) excellent blog about photographers, illustrators, painters... Which gave me lots of inspiration these last few years - by the way, that's where I got the photos from. Unfortunately, it seems to close by the end of the year, so hurry up to check out all the marvelous archives.
Until next time, joyeux Christmas and bonne new year to you all !

McS introducing 'meta,

Hi everyone, I'd like you to meet meta. We've made this together as a test; this is our first (but probably not last) collaboration. See you !

'Meta,

"Metarealism seeks to depict the reality which exist beyond psychological subjective perspective. Metarealism proposes not only to communicate further than the pictorial aspect of the perception of other dimension of reality, but also the essence of those dimensions and their relation to us as human beings. Metarealism then becomes a tool for the evolution of consciousness. [...] Meta meaning, a holistic view of reality as perceived by a metaconscious mind, who sees reality as a whole rather than from a subjective personalized intellectually fragmented point of view. Metarealism is the materialization in pictorial form of the reality of other dimensions and their direct effect, and relation upon us. Metarealism tries to depict the relations between those dimensions of reality and how we psychologically interpret them through our sub mental symbolism."

"If your professor gives you a sheet of paper (that you have to fold....) the best you can do is to turn that sheet around and start drawing."

In Gold we trust

Kitty cat

I think I can't say a lot of things about this one. Almost 10 working hours within 2 days, I'm just exhausted, but this isn't finished yet, I filmed all the birthing of it and I now have to work on the video clip (I think watching me drawing for 10 hours wouldn't be really exciting...) So stay tuned for the speed painting coming in a few hours/days...

That face

It's been a while since I started that, and after over 20 hours working on it, I proudly announce that I think  it might be finished !

Just in time

3 freaking hours ago I was worrying about this month's post... So I took my pen, a sheet and I started this... Kind of a "Where's Waldo?", you have to find the 20 faces hidden here and there... If you find more than 20, just let me know...

See you next month.

tip: Count the noses, that will be easier...
